1. Overview
At Gringos Armagh, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not happy with your order, we want to make it right.
2. Refunds for Online Orders
Due to the nature of freshly prepared food, refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item
- Your order was incomplete
- The food was not delivered
- The quality was not up to reasonable expectations
To request a refund, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order with your order ID and issue details.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Returns
We do not accept returns of food products once delivered or collected due to hygiene and safety regulations. If your food order is incorrect or unsatisfactory, please get in touch with our team immediately for a resolution.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again
- Then contact your payment provider (some processing delays may occur)
- If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@gringosarmagh.com
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement by calling our team. After this window, we may have already started preparing your food, and cancellation may not be possible.
